If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking there is a $50 service fee.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice, the deposit and the final payment will be retained unless we are able to re-rent the cabin for the full period of your reservation, in which case any deposit or final payment will be refunded to you less the $50 service charge.

No refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or no-shows.
